Art Studio
Rosa and Leon have a lovely love story, they both met in art school, and ever since then, they have shared a studio space painting their own pieces. Giving each other critics to learn from one another and the clients that stop by to visit them. They wouldn’t be the artist they are today if they didn’t share a studio space.
Rosa Chavez
Like most contemporary artists, Rosa Chavez is inspired by multiple art styles and movements. Looking through her portfolios, collectors will find that she is influenced by a mixture of abstraction, minimalism and figurative painting styles. She uses color, texture and basic shapes throughout her work to create the energy one feels while sailing out in the open water.
She spends most of her days working in the studio next to her husband, and on the weekends is out exhibiting her work at local art festivals.
Leon F Ruiz
The paintings in Leon F Ruiz’s latest series are a visual representation of the energy found in city life. The inspiration for Ruiz’s experimental art form comes from his enjoyment of recording the sounds of bustling noises found in urban areas. Inspired by more than just visuals, Ruiz paints with more character when he can feel the city through sound.
Leon can be found painting in his studio, working on custom orders or new paintings for his weekly art festivals. He is most happy while working on his creations.
