The art collectors who own any of my paintings or prints may resell them in the future, but the collector's rights are limited by copyright.

The artist retains all copyrights, the artwork may not be reproduced, copied, or made into prints without consent from the artist, Rosa Chavez, my business partner Leon F. Ruiz or representing gallery, Emerald Art Gallery.

When you purchase an original painting or a fine art archival print you will receive a certificate of authenticity with your purchased. These are emailed to allow you to print as many as you need and it allows us to work paperless. The certificate of authenticity will be in a PDF format, it includes a biography and a receipt.

These documents are very useful for home insurance purposes. Or if you ever decide to sell your painting or fine art archival print you can show the value of the work with these sorts of documents. In case you have lost this PDF or never received one please email me at this link and I’ll be sure to send you that documentation your way.

Once you have purchased a Limited Edition Print, I will email you a receipt of your purchase. Each print is made to order which take about a week to finish. All of my fine art archival prints are printed in my studio, hand embellished and coated with a UV protection clear coat.

When the print is packed up and ready to be shipped out, you will be notified by email with a tracking number, a certificate of authenticity and artist biography. Please be patient while your order is being fulfilled and shipped. All you have to do now is, sit back and relax!
